Keyboard shortcuts

Manage your files even faster with these handy keyboard shortcuts.

Folder view:

Start search: /

Open/close the Infobar:i

Close modal window/deselect all: esc

Select multiple items: shift + click

Select all: ctrl (or cmd) + a

Download selected items: ctrl (or cmd) + s

Copy selected items: ctrl (or cmd) + c

Cut selected items: ctrl (or cmd) + x

Paste copied or cut items: ctrl (or cmd) + v

Delete selected items: DELETE

Create folder: alt + shift + n

Go up a folder:

Switch layout: v

Right-click actions:

Right-click on files or folders to open the context menu (download, share, move, copy, edit, etc.)

File view:

Navigate to the next item:  

Navigate to the previous item:

Open/close the Infobar:i

Open in full-screen mode:f

Open/close Commenting:c

Close preview: esc

Save actions: ctrl (or cmd) + enter

Drag actions:

  • Drag files or folders to a different folder to move them.
  • Hold the Alt (Option on Mac) key while dragging to copy instead of move.
  • Drag files or folders from your computer into a folder to upload them.
